All orders are shipped from our office in Perth, Western Australia and we ship worldwide. All orders are trackable and email confirmation will be sent to you when your parcel has been dispatched.

- Local Delivery: available to customers within some suburbs in the Mandurah area (at checkout please enter your postcode for eligibility). Please select 'Local Delivery' at checkout. Your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
- Express shipping: Australia 1-3 business days once dispatched.
- We use Australia Post for all shipping.
- Standard International shipping: $30.00.
- New Zealand: 3-8 business days once dispatched.
- United States of America: 7-15 business days once dispatched.
- United Kingdom: 6-10 business days once dispatched.
- We use Australia Post’s Express Courier International Service.
We aim to dispatch your order within 7-10 days from purchase unless the product description stipulates otherwise.
* Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.
Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc.

WHO PAYS DUTIES AND OTHER FEES
Like all important relationships, we want to be up-front and honest with you.
If you place an order for our product from outside Australia or for delivery outside Australia, you may have to pay some additional charges. Like many online purchases, you will be responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, customs and other fees associated with the purchase of and the delivery of our products
It is important that we highlight for you that Duties are NOT included in the pricing of our product or in the shipping fees. Depending on where the product is delivered, these Duties may be payable at the point of delivery or even after delivery.
Unfortunately we have no control or influence over any aspect of the Duties. As you may appreciate, these Duties can vary depending on a variety of factors, including the destination for delivery. We are really sorry that we are not able to advise you about these Duties
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise their own shipping insurance. We do not cover insurance in the shipping component that is paid during checkout.
Please remember that BLOOMING MEADOWS & CO will not be responsible in any way for Duties or additional charges imposed on your order. If you are unsure about any of this, it may be helpful for you to contact your local customs office and find out more.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Refunds and Cancellations:
All Blooming Meadows & Co products are made to order, they can not be refunded or cancelled. Please choose your products carefully as once your order has been placed, we are not obliged to provide a refund or exchange because you changed your mind about a purchase.
Products can not be exchanged unless the order was deemed by us to be defective or damaged. If your order is deemed to be defective, you will be issued with a replacement of your original order. You cannot exchange for another product.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the alleged damage.
We will assess every return request on a case-by-case basis and it is at our discretion to determine whether an item can be exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse or accept the return of any product. Furthermore we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
If you are eligible for a product replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your replacement return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery can not be returned.

If we agree to replace a damaged item, the return shipping cost will not be covered by Blooming Meadows & Co. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for a replacement product to reach you will vary. We will notify you when your replacement has been dispatched.
